BioMortar

BioMortar is an application to manage BioBricks. It is both a freezer/strain collection manager and it is capable of generation protocols based on Standard Assembly techniques.

Demo

If you'd like to see a demonstration of BioMortar, visit the BioMortar Demo. It includes a copy of the UWiGEM database that can be edited without a username and password. The client runs on the .NET Framework and the server includes a ASP.NET WebService which runs on this server connecting to a PostgreSQL database.

UW Users

There are two copies of BioMortar for UW users: the active version and the test version.

Developers

BioMortar is kept in a Subversion server, which you may access directly at BioMortar SVN repository and a BioMortar WebSVN interface is also available.
